JSC Neftegazavtomatika is the Center of oil and gas technologies of Rostec State Corporation, which is a 100% subsidiary of Rostec Corp.

The center is the most important element of import substitution in the fuel and energy complex, as it not only creates and modernizes technologies using innovative solutions, but also accumulates information about goods and services of Russian manufacturers of the newest equipment for the fuel and energy complex.

At meetings of the Coordinating Council of the Center, the most important issues of cooperation and interaction between the energy companies and organizations of Rostec Corp. are resolved. With the formation of a clear action plan to address the needs of both Consumers and Suppliers of products in the oil and gas industry.

The main objectives of the Company:

• assistance to organizations of the oil and gas and energy sector in the development, production and sale of high-tech industrial products, conducting advanced research and technology development;
• attraction of investments in organizations that develop and produce high-tech products for the oil and gas and energy complex;
• implementation of advertising and marketing activities, participation in holding exhibitions-presentations of innovative products in the field of energy in the Russian Federation and abroad;
• assisting organizations in carrying out applied research in promising areas of development of science and technology and in introducing advanced technologies into production in order to improve the level of domestic developments;
• conducting energy, environmental and technological surveys of Russian enterprises in order to provide solutions for their modernization using the latest developments.

JSC "Neftegazavtomatika" was established on the basis of the Moscow Instrumentation Plant (organized in 1944) and the All-Russia Research Institute of Integrated Automation of the Oil and Gas Industry (1960), as the leading organization of the USSR in the development and production of automatic control systems and control systems for fuel and energy enterprises country complex (FEC).

Our company has developed and implemented more than 100 automation systems for the extraction, transportation, processing of oil and gas, storage, metering and distribution of petroleum products at fuel and energy facilities. One of the largest projects is the creation of integrated automated systems for recording the receipt and shipment of oil and petroleum products at the Venspils transshipment tank farm (10 million tons of annual transshipment) and the Volodarsk tank farm (the largest in the USSR). The systems of commercial accounting created by JSC Neftegazavtomatika are replicated in most of the country's fuel and energy companies.

Designers and technologists of the enterprise have developed and continue to improve the systems for monitoring and controlling offshore drilling and the development of the Karachaganak gas-condensate field. Our specialists participated in the work on the drilling of ultra-deep Kola wells and other projects of national importance. The equipment created at JSC "Neftegazavtomatika" was installed on interplanetary descent vehicles "Venus". Tens of thousands of automatic metering devices, designed by us, to this day work on oil and gas wells throughout Russia and the CIS countries.

The mission of JSC "Neftegazavtomatika" is to promote the maximum use of the potential of Rostec State Corporation for entering new fast-growing markets in market directions:

• “Oil and gas” (innovative equipment) and industrial automation;
• increasing sales of high-tech civilian products to meet the needs of the Russian market for highly efficient, commercially interchangeable import-substituting technologies and equipment, taking into account the implementation of the Company's objectives to achieve the target revenue growth rate in these areas.

The company's strategy provides for the occupation by 2020 of a leading position in the market of high-tech import-substituting products for the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex of Russia, as well as the rising cost of business and increasing the capitalization of the Company.

Company objectives::

• 30% share of the Russian market of production, supply and rental of the entire line of high-tech equipment for directional drilling (primarily: pulsators, resistivity meters, high-speed hydraulic communication channel, rotary-controlled systems) and equipment for efficient and cost-effective cementing and anhydrous oil production ;
• 10% share of the Russian industrial automation market in terms of introducing automatic systems for monitoring emissions and production and environmental control (ASMV) at Russian oil refineries and industrial plants and 50% share of the supply market for the “line” of ASMV posts in block-modular design.
